- If a product does not function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you may request a full refund.
- Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by user error, hardware incompatibility, or failure to follow setup instructions.
- All reset requests must be submitted through a Discord ticket.
- We may request proof of ownership or environment details such as screenshots or logs.
- Resets do not pause or extend your license time.
- Abuse or suspected license sharing may result in denial or account termination.

Payments, Chargebacks & Fraud
- Starting a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate license termination and a permanent blacklist.
- We submit evidence including order ID, delivery and activation logs, HWID hash, IP and city level metadata, and ticket history.
- You are responsible for any fees or losses caused by fraudulent activity on your account.

Acceptable Use & Restrictions
- You may not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or bypass license or security systems.
- Redistributing loaders, keys, or automated abuse of our services is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to interfere with our infrastructure may result in immediate termination.
- We store only the data needed to operate: order and license IDs, timestamps, Discord ID, and a non reversible HWID hash.
- Optional crash or diagnostic logs are stored only if you choose to share them.
- We do not sell personal data. For any data request, open a Discord ticket.
- We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version always applies.
- Continued use of our products and services means you accept the updated Terms.
